Spark terms and consumer information

For a single 60-minute live 1:1 AI coaching session. Version 2 November 2026.

1. Who you buy from

Mission Relearn, the sole trader business of Annet Kloprogge, Jaarbeursplein 6, 3521 AL Utrecht, the Netherlands. KVK 99384949, VAT NL005382931B53. annet@missionrelearn.com, +31 6 1128 7885.

2. What you buy

One live 1:1 AI coaching session of 60 minutes with Annet, by video call, on a date and time we agree by email. If we schedule it in 2027, I first ask your OK by email for my new company, Mission Relearn B.V., to deliver it on these terms.

3. Price and payment

EUR 450 in total. Nothing is added at checkout. You pay in advance through Stripe; your card details never reach me.

4. Credit

If you book a follow-on coaching programme with me (Mission Relearn or Mission Relearn B.V.) by 30 June 2027, I deduct EUR 450 from its price. The credit has no cash value and does not affect your right to cancel.

5. Your right to cancel

You can cancel within 14 days from the day you pay, without giving a reason. Tell me by email (one sentence is enough) or use the form below. I refund the full amount within 14 days of your message, to the same payment method, at no cost to you.

If you asked at checkout for a session within those 14 days, you can still cancel until the session ends. If you cancel during the session, you pay only for the minutes delivered. Once the session is complete, the right to cancel ends.

6. Moving the session

You can move it by email up to 24 hours before the start, at no cost. If I must move it, I offer a new date, or a full refund if none suits you.

7. Your data

I use your name, email address and billing address to deliver the session, confirm it and keep the books (Dutch law requires 7 years). Stripe processes your payment.

I record the session (audio and transcript) so I can send you notes and a summary. I ask your agreement at the start; if you say no, the session goes ahead without a recording. I keep the recording and transcript until three months after our last session, then I delete them.

You can ask me for access, correction or deletion at any time. You can also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

8. Quality and complaints

I deliver the session with reasonable care and skill; your statutory rights are not affected. Not happy? Email me and I reply within 5 working days.

9. Confidentiality and law

If we have signed a mutual confidentiality agreement (NDA), it covers confidentiality. Dutch law applies to these terms, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
